NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Wednesday, May 21, 2008 - DeWitt Community Church Fellowship Hall - Buffet 11:30 am - 1:30 pm - Business Meeting 12 noon - A Raffle Will Again Take Place to Benefit an Organization in Our Community. Procedure for nominations: The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled. Nominations may be made by the Nominating Committee or by members. Any member may file a petition, either for himself or herself or another member. A minimum of 70 signatures of members in good standing are required on each petition. Each nominee must provide a statement that they are willing to serve, and must also provide a short biographical sketch and list of qualifications with their petition. All petitions must be mailed to: George Pickett, Sec. c/o Countryside FCU, P.O. Box 3247, Syracuse, NY 13220-3247 postmarked no later than March 24, 2008. All nominations will be posted in the credit unions office April 3, 2008. Ballots, if needed, will be provided at the annual business meeting and an election conducted.
